Our design day is all about making your vision a reality. Here's our step-by-step process for creating magic. ✨
How it works:
With STEP 3 completed, you’ll schedule your project kick-off call / strategy session up to one week before your scheduled VIP intensive. During our call, we’ll craft a thorough action plan for your day, get super clear on your priorities, and create a list of “extras” we can work on if your must-haves get done early.
STEP FOUR:
KICK-OFF CHAT
We will deliver all of your design files on the following business day. We’ll also give you 1 extra hour of “fix” support. We allow 12-24 hours to export and organize so that everything is ready to be implemented the moment you receive it. You’ll have 14 days of email support afterwards for any questions about the work completed.
STEP SIX:
ASSET Delivery for launch
We’ll send you a link to the VIP Design Day Support Member Area along with your VIP Day Workbook, and you’ll start pulling everything together. This will include: your priority list, your prep work, you'll upload any copy, inspiration, ideas, images, logos, brand information and any other files we may need before our day together.
STEP THREE:
GETTING ORGANISED
Hit us up via our VIP application form and tell us all about your ideas and goals for your day. We'll come back to you and let you know what’s possible (and if it’ll require a full-day, multiple days, or a biz booster VIP week). We’ll also send you our diary with our available dates to give you an idea of when we can get started.
STEP ONE:
GET IN TOUCH
Once you're ready to get started, you’ll choose your date from our calendar, receive your detailed proposal, sign the contract, and pay your deposit. Payment must be made in full before your VIP Day to reserve your spot on our calendar (spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis).
STEP TWO:
MAKE YOUR BOOKING
The days arrived! You do your thing and we’ll do ours—we will however, need you to be available via email for feedback, questions, and design approvals. You’ll have complete access to us from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM AEST and you will be our only client that time period (meaning you get all of our attention and focus).

What is the investment?
Day rates start from $2,000 (USD) per day, and gives you access to me and my team for the day to work on your project(s).
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need more than 1 VIP day?
That's no problems at all, we can either do 2 or 3 VIP days, or (for better value for money) a whole week called the Biz Booster. We book only 1 VIP biz booster weeks per month.
What type of work can I get your assistance with?
Keep in mind that you are buying my day (7 hours), not a set of deliverables. Based on the application process, and the kick-off call, we will have a pretty clear + accurate idea of what we’ll be able to do in a day! We will always clarify your #1 priority and we will start there.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Because our spots are limited, there will be no refunds or cancellations. However, we certainly will allow you to reschedule you day because of something out of your control. Please add this day into your diary and work around it if you can - our whole team is prepped and ready to work on your project. If you do need to reschedule, please reach out at least one week in advance so we can readjust our schedule.
What if none of the available days work for my schedule?
If none of the days work for you, please email hello@sallyannralph.com.au to see what else we can do. We do try to be as flexible as possible. And yes. We do offer weekend availabilities on some occasions.
Time Zones? How does that work?
We've been working with 6, 7 and 8-Figure online entrepreneurs for the best part of 10+ years. In particular we are very well versed with the click-to-client webinar model (that Russ Ruffino from Clients on Demand teaches), we also support a whole range of other marketing methods and tools to promote your program, such as short-form sales pages, long-form sales page designs, opt-in pages, thank you pages, website designs (Showit only), magazine design (print & digital), slide deck design, along with in-person event & merchandise design. If you need something else, please reach out to us - we'd love to hear from you. ✨
We work with Clients all around the world every day. USA, Canada, Bali, Melbourne, England, Adelaide, etc... so even though we may not be in the same time zone, the day still works the same way. We have our kick-off call a week prior, get our priorities set, on the VIP day I touch base with you to let you know we're online and have begun the day, and your VIP day time frame starts from that point. I'll work and send you visuals for your feedback. And we back and forth until your day is finished. 🙌🏻
Will I need to be available during the entire day?
Yes! We will need you to be available for contact in case we have questions or need your feedback on our work. This means you can still work and do your own thing, we just need you to keep an eye on your emails - definitely don’t plan back-to-back meetings with your team on your scheduled date, but getting your work done, or a pedi is just fine. ;)
